STAPRO finalized the spin off of its printing industry division

On the 1st of October 2007, STAPRO finalized the spin off of its division which provides the information systems for printing industry. This division will now operate as a separate entity under the name CICERO Stapro Group. At the general meeting, Pavel Karasek was appointed CEO and executive director of the new company. Mr. Karasek brings to the position more than ten years experience in the field of information technologies.

STAPRO and The CICERO Stapro Group are currently the top firms in their respective markets in the Czech Republic and Slovakia – healthcare and printing industry. In creating CICERO Stapro Group, the firms will be able to further specialize and develop the competitive advantage which sets them apart from related companies.

The long-term goal of The CICERO Stapro Group is to further develop its position in the domestic market and to expand into foreign markets. It will do so by offering the high quality service and innovation which is synonymous with the STAPRO name.
