In addition to this, we offer the services of the Customer Support Centre: HelpDesk and HotLine available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, prophylactic inspection and remote monitoring of the information system operation, consultation visits at customer workplaces and user training. The customers may order the services for information system operation support in accordance with their current needs or set up a service contract sontaining services. 

Depending on the type of the service contract, we provide the following services:

  • free access to the HelpDesk web site
  • guarantee of a response time for solution and breakdown of the problem
  • non-stop service support 7 days a week, 24 hours a day (HotLine)
  • regular prophylactic inspections of SW and HW system operation
  • consultation visits of specialists – consultants at the customer’s workplace
  • training for customer’s specialists
  • guarantee of securing the SW application update in compliance with legislative changes
  • correction of SW application errors ascertained in the after-guarantee period
  • supplies of upgraded SW application versions including the Progress db environment
  • maintenance of the Progress database environment within the contractual arrangements between Progress Software Corp. and STAPRO
