On the October 31, 2008 the successful integration of the MLAB software s.r.o. company and STAPRO s.r.o. took place. Effective on this date, the Mlab software s.r.o. was abolished and Stapro s.r.o. becomes the successor organisation.

Stapro Slovakia has been implementing an information system for the Medial-diagnostic centre UNIKLINIKA in Prievidza from the period of August to December 2008. Uniklinika is owned by a pharmaceutical company UNIPHARMA.

Miroslav Větr will be taking over the position of the Sales and Marketing director of Stapro, effective May 5th, 2008. Mr. Větr studied at the University of Technology in Brno and is currently working towards his MBA.
